Hayley Orrantia is an American performer, actress and music producer. Her most well-known characters is Erica Goldberg who stars in 'The Goldbergs,' the comedy television show. She is, however, musician. When she was nine years old older, she started exploring music. When she was 12, music became significant enough that she was able to pursue a career in music. At 13, she began creating songs. The first time she recorded an album when she was 14. The music has never stopped since then. Orrantia is a native American with Hispanic roots. She's proud of the reality that she is a native of Hispanic roots, despite speaking English exclusively and has never lived in Mexico. To preserve it, she has learned Spanish and has written songs that are in Spanish. "Hasta Verte," which that she wrote in Spanish is one such attempt. Orrantia was a part of The X Factor season 1's auditions during the summer 2011. Orrantia was chosen as a result of an YouTube video and was awarded 4 "yes" votes from judge at the time of live auditions at Seattle, Washington. She originally auditioned solo, but during the "Hollywood Week" she was paired with three other female vocalists to form a trio during remaining auditions. They were eliminated in the fifth week during the live shows.
